Shotokan Training Log is a local-first kata practice tracking app published by Ghost Forge.

The app stores your kata training records locally on your device. This may include kata names, practice counts, training pace, dates, settings, and any imported training history. This information remains on your device unless you choose to export it.

Data Collection and Sharing

Shotokan Training Log does not collect user data, share user data, or send user data to the developer, to developer-operated servers, or to third parties.

Local Storage

Shotokan Training Log stores training data locally on your device using local app storage.

The developer does not have access to this data.

Export and Import

The app allows you to export your training history to a JSON file and import a compatible JSON file back into the app.

Exported files are created under your control. If you choose to save, copy, back up, or share an exported file using another app or service, that action is outside Shotokan Training Log’s control and may be governed by the privacy policy of the app or service you use.

No Accounts

Shotokan Training Log does not require a user account.

No Analytics or Advertising

Shotokan Training Log does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party marketing tools.

No Cloud Sync

Shotokan Training Log does not upload your training data to a cloud service or developer-operated server.

Children and Teen Users

Shotokan Training Log is intended for Shotokan karate practitioners, including teen and adult users. The app does not collect or transmit personal information from users of any age.

Permissions

Shotokan Training Log uses Android system file interfaces for optional import and export features of training data so that users have the option of backing up their data. The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location.
